b. Shifting Work Schedule for Non-Teaching Staff

A shifting work schedule for Non-Teaching Staff may be allowed provided that at least eight (8) hours of work a day is rendered, exclusive of meal breaks, and that such shift will not affect the office core operating hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for the duration of the work week.
