To ensure efficient and effective public service delivery, Davao del Norte State College regulated its working hour arrangements under CSC Memorandum Circular No. 21, s. 1991: Policy on Government Working Hours, CSC Memorandum Circular No. 25, s.2019: Revised Guidelines on Flexible Working Hours in the Government and CSC Memorandum Circular No. 06, s.2022: Policies on Flexible Work Arrangements in the Government.
