MATERNITY LEAVE (ML)

granted to every female employee in the government service, regardless of civil status, employment status, length of service, and legitimacy of the child.

 

Conditions for the grant of Maternity Leave

a. 105 days with full pay for live children, regardless of the mode of delivery.

b. 60 days with full pay for miscarriage or emergency termination of pregnancy

c. It shall be filed one month prior to the availment of Maternity Leave.

d. Solo parents are also entitled with Maternity Leave.

e. It cannot be deferred and interrupted.

• All DNSC Plantilla employees (both teaching & non-teaching)
