POLICIES ON LEAVE OF ABSENCE

As the rule prescribed in Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 41, s.1998 and 14, s.1999, Rule XVI of Executive Order 292 Omnibus Civil Service Rules on Leave, government employees are granted with a right not to report for work WITH or WITHOUT PAY as may be provided by law.

Employees of the government whether permanent, temporary, contractual, or casual, who render work during the prescribed office hours, shall be entitled to 15 days vacation and 15 days sick leave annually or 1.25 days vacation and sick leave credits monthly, with full pay.
