NO SINGLE-USE PLASTIC POLICY

 

 

 

Section 6. Sanctions

1.Violation of any of the provisions stipulated in this policy shall be dealt with accordingly.

 

2.Sanctions for students in case of a violation that may be added to the Student Handbook are the following;

 

     a.First offense- warning, record his/her name in the logbook

     b.Second offense- a fine of Ph 10.00, and 1-hour community service

     c.Third offense- a fine of Ph 20.00, 3 hours community service and shall be called upon by the 

        office of OSS for disciplinary actions.

3.For faculty, staff and students residing within the campus, in case of violations, corresponding penalties according to RA 9003 Sec 48 (prohibited acts) and Sec 49 (penalties) shall be implemented.
