IPCR GUIDELINES

 

CORE FUNCTIONS

refers to main functions which are the main tasks of the individual personnel based on her/his current Plantilla or workload assignment.

 

STRATEGIC PRIORITY

refers to functions that directly contribute to the institution or delivery units.

 

SUPPORT FUNCTIONS

refers to work assignments given to employees for the implementation of certain programs, projects, and activities of the college that are not included in their individual core function and strategic priority. 

 

IPCR GUIDELINES

 

 

Computation for Designation will be based on the Load Release. 

  Example: 3 units load release 

               (3 units / 18 units) x 100% = 16.67% Designation

               100% - 16.67% (Designation) = 83.33% Instruction

CORE FUNCTION

INSTRUCTION 

(TEACHING PERFORMANCE)

1. QCE Evaluation (30%)

2. Submission of Syllabi and Course Outline (15%)

3. Submission of Test Questionnaire with Table of Specifications (15%)

4. Submission of Final Grades (20%)

5. Submission of Instructional Materials (20%)

DESIGNATION 

1. MFOs are established as provided or approved by the Immediate Supervisor.

2. The load release will be as stipulated in the Special Order.

1. Extension Project completed with Terminal Report submitted to REP

1. Number of trainees weighted by the length of training

1. Percentage of beneficiaries who rate the Extension Project satisfactory or higher 

1. Successful linkages/networking/partnership through Extension Project

1. Number of Approved Extension Proposals

2. Technology/innovation adopted or commercialized or innovation that was translated into an extension project, policy, or product

3. Ordinances, resolutions, policies, and other equivalent issuances passed and approved resulting from technology/innovation introduced

4. Technology or innovation that was submitted for Intellectual Property protection (IPR)

6. Submission of Travel Accomplishment Report (TAR)

7. Attendance to Flag Raising and Lowering Ceremonies

8. Attendance to College-Wide Activities (wherein classes are suspended to allow participation in the celebration of the activity)

1. Charter Day (Opening and Culmination) 

2. Graduation and Recognition

3. CSC Celebration (Opening and Culmination)

4. Year-End Gathering

5. Mental Health Annual Celebration

9. 9. Attendance to College In-House Trainings

 

SUPPORT FUNCTION

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (choose any 2 indicators)

1. Non-designated Institutional Assignments (Year-round or ADHOC)

3. Continuing Development (participation in conferences, seminars, workshops, etc.)

4. Awards and Recognitions (Relevant to the Field)

5. Support to Students (Coach/Trainer/Advisership of Recognized Student Organization)

6. Expert Services (invited as resource speaker/ examiner/ reviewer/ judge/ accreditor/ reader/ technical working group and/or any relevant expertise rendered to community)
