d. Breaktime

d.1 Regular lunch breaks shall be observed from 12:00 NN to 1:00 PM. However, to ensure that the “NO NOON BREAK” policy is being implemented, a shifting of schedule during lunch shall be observed, as follows:

11:00 AM         – 12:00 NN

12:00 NN         – 1:00 PM

1:00 PM         – 2:00 PM   

d.2 Two (2) fifteen-minute breaks shall be observed between 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM TO 3:30 PM.

d.3 One (1) to Two (2) hours of mental health break shall be observed from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM every Wednesday as per approved Employees Mental Health and Wellness Program.
