DNSC POLICIES ON LEAVE ADMINISTRATION

SPECIAL PRIVILEDGE LEAVE (SPL)

refers to leave of absence which all employees, may avail of for a maximum of three (3) days annually over and above the vacation, sick, and other leaves privileges.

a. Employees applying for special leave privilege shall no longer be required to present proof that they are entitled to avail of such leave.

b. Three (3) day limit for a given year shall be strictly observed. SPL is non-cumulative and non- commutative.

c. SPL can be availed right after the assumption of duty.

d. Shall be filed for at least one (1) week prior, except on emergency cases.

Who can avail?

• All Plantilla NON-TEACHING Staff
• Designated Faculty (with VL/SL benefits)
