To ensure efficient and effective public service delivery, the standard policies on working hours and flexible work arrangements in the government service shall be adhered to in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Civil Service Commission (CSC):

• CSC MC No. 19, s.2012: Observance of Flag Raising Ceremonies 

• CSC MC No. 17, s.2010: Policy on Half Day Absence 

• CSC MC No. 16, s.2010: Policy on Undertime
